05.04.2012 - Happy Easter, everyone!

Staying at home for the Easter holiday, having our very good old friend Birk as a visitor. Probably the oldest Taildown'er still alive.. Taildown's Big Business, born in February 2000.

New pictures of the very cute Mobypups from Falkstolhågen kennels homepage - please visit them. One one male and one female is still awailable.

There are also lovely Mobypups available (males only) at kennel Honeytaste.

Hope all the babies soon find loving homes. I'm really looking forward seeing them in the showring soon!

The most winning list from the Norwegian Bearded Collie Club is official (incl. all national and international shows in Norway 2011).

Most winning beardiemale: Mac!

2. most winning beardiemale: Moby!

And recently the Norw. Kennel Club announced the most winning dogs at international champ.shows for most breeds. The beardiewinner: Moby!

A great showyear for our two lovely beardie boys!

More puppynews! Another big litter of Mobypuppies were born at kennel Honeytaste yesterday!

As always from Moby - only black/white ones, 4 males and 5 females.

Fun fact - it is ca 1600 kilometers between those two Mobylitters - about the same as from London to Rome, Italy.

So the chance of them having a playdate is rather slim...

Happy New Year everybody!

We recieved the best of news from far north in Norway yesterday:

"Flingan" (Nordic Ch Svassas Born Sweet - see picture) gave birth to 8 beautiful Moby-puppies!

5 lovely males and 3 gorgeous females are ready for action very soon!

Wishing them the very best for the future - let's hope some of them decide to move further south...

To read more about them I'm sure you soon will find more info here: Falkstolhågens.

15.11.2011

The year is coming to it's end. The winter is not really here yet, but at least its cold and the dogs are keeping rather clean when they are out playing.

In the personal life it's been a dreadful year, so sad, so full of worrying, so hard to get through the days. And facing Christmas is tough, really tough.

In the doggy part of life it's been a good year in the way of showing, not so good at the "puppyfront" but first and foremost the dogs have been healthy and happy all year.

But I'm sure 2012 will be the best year ever - in every way! And I thoroughly mean it when I say:

Merry Christmas

&

Happy New Year!

to all friends or foes out there...

Many shows since last update - some fun, some just a waste of time (and money!). But all in all, I'm very, very pleased with the dogs year so far. Over 20 BOB-rosettes, some groups and veteran - and lots of pointless prizes/gifts from different dogclubs, not to mention all friendly and nice people I've met..

Not much left of the year, but I really hope for a couple more very interresting events to be published.

Just two weeks untill the BIG Norwegian Winnershow 2011. Hope to see lots and lots of beautiful dogs there and maybe do some real shopping..

23.08.2011

Mac got the approval from FCI of his international championtitle. I was most impressed that it was just 3 months since he won the last qualifying Cacib..

Moxy won the juniorclass at NKK-show in Oslo this weekend - making her qualified for CRUFTS 2012. Quite fun, acctually...

Yet another weekend full of shows - and we're staying at home looking out at the rain..

Moby's son Uno (Ch Quarry's Unforgettable Uno) was BOB both days at Nesbyen (here in Norway).

Moby's grandson (Applecore Aliceson) won Best In Show at the Clubshow in Sweden.

Mac's daughter Babsan (Typografen's Network Netiquette) won another CC and BOS in Vallentuna (Sweden) and Moby's son Gimme (Ch Goones Gimme Gimme) got the male CC and his Swedish Ch.title!

Entered for NKK Oslo in a couple of weeks and NKK Rogaland next month, though.. And making plans for several of the local shows this autumn around here.
